You will be located on the snow front, just facing the Funitel, with a breathtaking panoramic view on the mountains, from "Cime Caron" to the "Aiguille de Peclet" . Whatever your ski program in the 3 Vallées Domain, you will enjoy a truly ski-in ski-out accomodation !

This combination of 3 spacious apartments is ideal for 2/3 families, or a group of friends. You commute between them through the common areas of the building (be careful if you have young children...)

The main apartment is facing south, with a balcony overlooking the ski slopes. It is a large living space to share your moments of conviviality and meals.

The 2 "hotel room" apartments provide privacy at night. They are located on the floor just above, facing north, with a balcony and a view on the slopes.

3 ski lockers on the ground floor will allow you to store your ski equipment.

Surface parking is forbidden during winter, pls book a parking space in the P2 parking building (the closest one) on Internet bookings close 7 days before the day of arrival.
  • Cleaning
A professional cleaning is carried out at the end of each stay, in compliance with Covid hygiene rules. This mandatory cleaning is charged at 120€.

We thank you for taking care of the apartments as if you were at home, and for returning them in a suitable state with the sheets removed and put on the floor in the bedrooms, the towels grouped on the floor in the bathrooms, the refrigerators and the garbage cans emptied in order to facilitate the cleaning which will follow your departure. Please wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher and put away the kitchen utensils for easy cleaning.

General terms and conditions of rental

The keys will be available in a secure key box, starting from 4pm on the day of arrival.
The keys must be returned in the secure key box and the tenants must leave the premises before 10:00 am on the day of departure. This schedule is essential for the cleaning and arrival of the next tenant.

A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required (by bank transfer or bank check) to confirm the booking.
The balance will be paid at the latest 20 days before the arrival date, together with a safety deposit of 2500€.

In case of non payment of the balance or the security deposit within the deadline, the reservation will be considered as void and the amount of the deposit will be retained as compensation.

In case of cancellation by the tenant :
More than 31 days before the beginning of the rental period, the deposit will be returned.
Between 30 and 20 days before the beginning of the rental, the deposit will be retained.
Less than 20 days before the beginning of the rental period, 100% of the total cost of the rental period will be retained (excluding cleaning costs and property tax).
